71 year old man who had a basal cell carcinoma (skin cancer) removed from the left portion of his nose by a dermatologist and was referred to Dr. Sailon for reconstruction. He underwent a two-stage reconstruction with an ear cartilage graft and a nasolabial flap.
14 year old female who suffered a dog bite to the lip resulting in loss of about one fourth of the lower lip’s lining and muscle. She underwent reconstruction with bilateral vermillion advancement flaps.
41 year old Hispanic female who was referred from a dermatologist after undergoing Mohs excision of a basal cell carcinoma in the right eyebrow and lower forehead.
